About Me

Hello, my name is Peter. I was born in 1957. My wife Rhonda was born in 1959.

So yes we are both Baby Boomers and are now on the back nine.

The photos are 3 years old. Oops – sorry 4 years old.

Now, even though we are on the back nine, we both feel as though we have much more living to do. So we are both determined to stay healthy, fit and strong.

It is our desire to continue to enjoy all that life has to offer and not let poor health prevent us for doing the activities that we enjoy.

There are far too many people that as they grow older do not live a full life because they have abused their bodies over the years. As a result, they are restricted in their abilities to be active and cannot live a full life. Many also look as though life has gotten the better of them. They are over-weight, in poor health and lack energy.

Rhonda and I are determined not to be in that camp.

Over the years, both my wife and I have gotten on and off the exercise roller coaster ride. Every time, we fell off the ride it was for the same reason. We did not really know what we were doing, did not see the results that we had expected and lost our motivation.

However, we are back on the exercise and fitness ride again. The big difference this time is we know what we are doing, are seeing results and are motivated.

We actually even enjoy the exercise.
