Odds are, sooner or later you are going to being asking questions and doing a fair bit of reading.

You are going to want to know more about belly fat.

Please don’t read those trash magazines that you see at the grocery store check-out. Those headlines are full of shit and so are the magazines. They only want to do one thing with those splashy headlines – sell magazines.

There is plenty of info out there on how to get rid of belly fat. I am not going to repeat any of it. You have all heard about diets, exercising, magic formulas etc. So I am not going to go there. What’s the point of more of the same old when it comes to belly fat. By now you are probably looking to learn about something that you don’t know and about something that might help.

Sure diet and exercise can make a huge difference. In fact, it is believed that the Western Diet is a contributing factor with regards to developing belly fat. But what if the cause for your developing belly fat out of the blue is being caused by something else. You would want to know. Right? Speaking of a doctor, go see one. Make sure that there isn’t a medical condition causing the sudden appearance of belly fat. Rhonda had blood work done and it confirmed that she was healthy. So at least we could count that out.
