That got me to thinking about other songs that I used to listen to when I was younger but never really appreciated.
Funny how you appreciate and understand more things the older you get.

I am so proud of her!
She has taken to our new lifestyle like you would not believe!

The Stones – absolutely timeless!
That’s what their music is. I love “Start Me Up”.
It’s on the iPod & great to listen to while exercising. It gets you rockin. Basically – it starts you up! Bad pun, I know.

Sunday morning and the weather isn’t bad!
Yesterday was nice too, but the rest of the week nothing but rain. Farking hate the rain in June.
Rhonda and I are going to take advantage of the nice weather and do the Grouse Grind. But we need some nice tunes to keep us going!

It’s been pissing rain for the past two weeks!
For the beginning of summer this really sucks.
In February we had awesome weather. April was great too. But I knew we were going to pay.
And now we are! Man does it ever suck.

In 1986 I was 29 years old. Bob Seger released “Like A Rock”.
I liked the song. I didn’t appreciate the song, but I liked it.
I appreciate the song now. Boy, do I appreciate the song. Every single word of it.
