For me, this one hits home.
None of us can completely avoid the signs of aging.Some age faster, while others age slower.
For the most part, I don’t look my age. But my hands seem to have aged more than the rest of me over the past two years.

I really have never believed it.
I’ve always felt the mainstream view suggesting that tanning was bad for you was incorrect.
Put a plant in a dark room, it dies. Put a plant in the dessert, it dies. Somewhere there is a happy medium.

Do you buy a moisturizer and apply it every day?
We do and it is just possible we are and have been doing it wrong all along.
Instead of moisturizing from the outside in, perhaps we should be going from the inside out!
If find it very odd that regardless of what moisturizer I put on, in a few hours my skin is dry. And it doesn’t seem to matter how much or how little I have spent on the skin cream. Perhaps I am just throwing my money out the window and I need to take a different approach.
