I know the title of this post is a little on the cheeky side. But let’s face it – what woman doesn’t like to be told she has a nice backside.

Regardless of your age, you want to look great. And you can. It just takes a little bit of work.

Over time, I am going to post a number of different exercises everyone can do that will tighten and lift the buttocks. The exercises will vary in difficulty – so you can start with the easier ones and work your way up.

The following exercise is one of the easier ones. You will need an exercise ball. Like many of the exercises that I have posted, this can be done either at home or at the gym. Enjoy the video, the trainer does a great job of illustrating how the exercise should be done.

As I mentioned above, as time goes by, I will post several different exercise videos that are great for the buttocks. I like showing the videos because they present the exercise using the proper form and technique. In order to benefit from any exercise, you must do it correctly. Videos are great for that.
