There are certain posts that seem to get more hits than others.
Back in January, I posted “Hey Nice Ass-Oops Sorry”. The post received hundreds of hits. Clearly, it struck a nerve.There are many of you who are looking for ways to exercise your butt.
Unfortunately, women by their make-up tend to put more weight on their butt’s than men do. Men seem to have other problems areas. Ah-good topic for a later post. Especially with all the beer drinking that is going on while the Men’s Olympic Hockey Tournament is on.
Now just because you may be over 50, doesn’t mean you can’t have a nice butt. Eating the wrong foods, sitting at a desk all day and then on the couch during the evening are more responsible for someone having a less than firm tight ass. Eating healthier and moving more will go a long way to preventing your backside from turning into something you are not proud of.
There are many, many exercises that you can perform to firm and tone the buttocks. Many can be done at home without any special equipment. In fact, since many only take 5 minutes, you can do some of the exercises in the morning while getting ready to start your day. Get in the habit of getting up 15 minutes earlier so you can work in some simple exercises in the morning.
This video illustrates some great exercises that can in fact be done in the morning. The instructor is a little difficult to understand but the exercises are great.
When working your buttocks, you are going to notice some changes. Yes, they are going to get firmer, smaller, tighter and seem as though they have lifted up. The nice bonus is that the appearance of cellulite will decrease and if you have thunder thighs, they will also become toned, firmer and smaller.
You should get into the habit of exercising your butt every morning. Or at least complete exercises that target this area into your routine two to three times a week. Summer is not that far off! Are you going to have someone come up to you and say – Hey Nice Ass!
